Ok, guys, this is getting more real! We are just putting the finishing touches on our cookbook and then it will be available to purchase through Amazon! Would you do us a favor? We are in the process of choosing a cover for the cookbook and have five options. Which do you like best? I'll number each one, and then there is a survey at the bottom that you can take to share your opinion with us. We would love to hear any extra comments you have, in the comments section of the blog, as well! My Mom has been working for a long, long time on this and I am so excited that it is almost ready. She has had many willing friends as taste testers over for delicious meals, worked hard on taking beautiful photographs of each dish, untangled a ton of logistical details, and put her heart into formatting this beautifully. I can't wait to pull it off the shelf and make new delicious recipes from it! Way to go, Mom! :) So, without further adieu. . .the covers! Thank you so much for sharing your opinion! Please feel free to offer more details in the comments below. We'd love to hear your thoughts.

I find cover number 5 to be more artful and I like the playful use of the backward "n". This cover is something that I would like on display in my kitchen and the elegant styling of the food makes me want to cook! (Even though you almost got me with the cake on cover # 1). p.s. Thanks for what you are doing! I don't know you or your Mom but I think I love you. LOL God bless you both.

Number 1 seems very outdated.

#4 picture with the #3 green background and fonts. #1 is too busy.

Hi Kelly, I like your ideas. The picture in #4 would look nice on the green one. Glad to know you like those fonts, too. Thanks!

I like the vase and flower in #2, but not the food part. #5 is my second favorite....it's growing on me for #1. But mostly can't wait for the book! Please post when it's ready to be purchased!!

I like #4 because it is less 'busy' than some of the others and it shows both a main dish and a dessert—something people might not expect from an SCD recipe book.

I liked #3 because the food on it appealed to me the most. And I am very fond of the color green and it brought out the green in the avocado and lettuce.

The green is great as it brings out the color of the avocado and lettuce.
